Job Overview As a Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster, you'll be responsible for managing the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of property claims. Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 7 years' experience in field property claims adjustment or a relevant combination of education and experience. Current adjuster's licensing as per state regulations. Valid driver's license and the capability to manage a mobile office/company vehicle. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and claims estimating software like Xactimate. In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques. Preferred Qualifications Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. Experience in leading claims adjustment teams and managing complex claims scenarios. Advanced certifications in property claims adjustment and related fields, such as Xactimate or ISO.
