We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Senior Event Manager (Contract) to join Ondo Finance on a full-time basis (6 months).This role will partner closely with the Marketing Events Lead to support the delivery of Ondo’s global event strategy. You’ll play a critical role in bringing Ondo’s event and content programming to life, owning execution across internal offsites while supporting high-impact external events, including industry conferences, partner activations, and institutional gatherings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of complex logistics, and is motivated to build scalable systems that improve how events are executed over time. Target outcomes Seamless execution of internal offsites with high stakeholder satisfaction Strong operational support enabling successful delivery of Ondo’s global event strategy Reliable ownership across multiple concurrent event workstreams Strong coordination across vendors, agencies, and internal teams Improved structure, documentation, and scalability of event operations Increased efficiency through better systems, tooling, and automation Responsibilities Own end-to-end logistics for internal offsites (leadership, team, and company-wide), ensuring high-quality delivery Support execution of external events including conferences, partner activations, and institutional gatherings Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships across venues, AV, production, and catering Build and manage timelines, run of show, and event logistics across multiple concurrent workstreams Oversee attendee communications, registration, and guest experience Track budgets, invoices, and post-event reconciliation Support speaker logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and onsite management Track sponsorship deliverables and ensure execution of branding and partner requirements Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support event production Maintain organization across event documentation, timelines, and deliverables Contribute to improving event workflows, templates, and operational processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better tools, automation, and systems Requirements 6–8+ years of experience in event production or event operations, with demonstrated ownership of event execution workstreams Experience operating within a broader event strategy led by senior stakeholders Proven ability to manage complex event logistics independently with minimal oversight Strong experience in venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and end-to-end event logistics Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-oriented Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment Interest in leveraging tools, automation, or AI to improve workflows and efficiency Willingness to travel and support onsite event execution domestically and internationally as needed.
