Youâll identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.You will:Coordinate the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations, ensuring that full life cycle delivery costs are within the service level agreementProactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact, facilitating continuous improvementBuild and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience and relationshipsDevelop strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services Subject Matter Experts, identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunitiesMaintain awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalationsTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Hereâs what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements:Be an experienced Service Delivery Engineer, with an in-depth history of executing and completing complex projectsStrong organizational and planning skills, being able to coordinate teams across all program activitiesProven analytical, problem solving and negotiation skillsBe strategic and have had a successful history of growing accountsProficient in appliances to include Power Protect Data Domain and iDPA; and software to include Power Protect Data Manager and AvamarDesirable Requirements:Bachelorsâ DegreeAdditional language skills preferredCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
