The Citizen Services business unit has set the standard of excellence for large-scale, high-volume programs that deliver vital technology-enabled citizen services in areas including healthcare, retirement benefits and intellectual property. We stand-up large-scale programs quickly, operate them effectively and achieve program mandates and outcomes. We serve a wide range of Federal Civilian customers across the US and Canadian Governments.
We are currently looking for individuals to support our work assisting individuals with disabilities find work.
The Senior Employment Network Development & Training Manager shall oversee all aspects of training, including tracking, development, and implementation of all learning modules and other training guides for organizations that have partnered with us to assist disabled information identify and pursue employment opportunities. In addition, this person will also assist with facilitating quarterly all regularly occurring calls in which ENs are invited.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree from a currently accredited institution in a related field, and;
Experience
• Five (5) or more years’ experience managing/administering in person or online training programs.
Nice to Have Experience:
• Knowledge of and/or experience with the SSA Ticket to Work Program

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $63,958 to $103,933; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
