At Moonpig, we're looking for a Senior Email Designer to join our vibrant Brand Design team. In this role, you’ll craft eye-catching and effective email campaigns that connect with our customers and drive results. Reporting to the Design Lead, you'll work collaboratively across teams, combining your creativity and technical know-how to deliver work that aligns with our brand and engages millions. If you're calm under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a great eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
Design high-performing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue
Work with CRM and analytics teams to inform and refine email creative
Apply best practices in visual design, UX, and accessibility
Ensure consistent customer experience across touchpoints by collaborating with the Product Design team
Support marcomms campaigns and influence creative delivery across broader brand initiatives
Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Asana, and Sailthru (or similar) About You:
Experience designing email marketing for major DTC, eCommerce or retail brands
Excellent eye for design, typography, and visual hierarchy
Confident with HTML and CSS for email
Analytical mindset with ability to gather insights and apply them to creative work
Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Open to feedback and passionate about continuous improvement Additional Information
