Join Gardening Know How, one of the world's largest and most respected gardening websites, as a Senior Editor and play a key role in driving traffic and e-commerce growth. As a seasoned editor, you will lead a team of talented content creators to produce industry-leading content that captivates audiences and drives commercial success across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you will:
Develop and implement content strategies to drive traffic and e-commerce growth
Lead the team to create high-quality, engaging content across all aspects of gardening, with a focus on gaining Discover traffic
Manage the forward planner, content calendar, and output planner to ensure efficient content production
Collaborate with the video and social media editor to originate ideas for different channels and commission content
Ensure the team operates to deadline and within budget
Requirements:
Proven experience in building audiences for websites and knowledge of different acquisition channels
A passion for homes and gardens, with the ability to write for US audiences
Excellent industry contacts and experience managing freelance budgets
Experience as a people manager, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
