Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality improvement initiatives are fully integrated throughout the organization, maximizing opportunity to improve outcomes for members.Provide strategic direction and leadership for all business units in developing innovative initiatives to improve overall quality outcomesResearch, identify, and implement best practices into operations in collaboration with all health plan and specialty company business unitsOrganize and oversee activities, resources, methods, and procedures to achieve enterprise-wide quality improvement strategyFormulate and ensure compliance with policies, operating procedures, and goals in compliance with internal and external guidelinesReview and implement new technological tools and processes and foster team concept with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with all internal and external stakeholders in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to improve outcomesPresent results and analysis of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures to senior managementPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration. 8+ years of quality improvement experience. Healthcare operations management experience (medical management, provider relations, contracting, compliance, claims or member/provider services) preferred. Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS technical specifications. Master’s degree preferred.License/Certificates: Current state’s RN license preferred. Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred.Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
