About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Product to lead a dynamic team focused on building a comprehensive digital home buying transaction experience. In this pivotal role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution necessary to connect various aspects of the home buying process, inclusive of real estate and financing. Key Responsibilities: Lead Product Innovation: Direct the development of an end-to-end digital home buying transaction experience that effectively integrates home buying services including real estate, and home financing. Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with organizational goals and drives innovation across all teams involved in the transaction process. Collaborative Leadership: Build and mentor a strong team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
