Role and Responsibilities: As a Grocery Stocker, your duties involve customer service, merchandise handling, and ensuring the security protocols of the store are followed. • Manage and conduct sales transactions through the assigned cash register. • Ensure the safeguarding of all currency and the protection of corporate resources. • Offer a superior level of customer service. • Uphold a welcoming and harmonious attitude towards customers, coworkers, and supervisors. • Aid in receiving items and unloading trucks. • Commit to working safely by adhering to and maintaining all company policies and procedures effectively. Required Skills and Experience: • Proficiency in fundamental mathematical abilities is essential for accurately managing financial transactions involving cash. • Improving spoken language proficiency to ensure successful customer engagement. • Ensuring a consistent display of integrity and honesty, especially in roles that involve cash handling.
