Our programs expand GTM team member skill sets, ensure valuable customer experiences, and help HubSpot grow better at scale.Weâre seeking a Senior Director of GTM Field Enablement to lead our global segment enablement strategies and valuable business stakeholder relationships. You will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales and customer teams with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively engage customers and drive business growth. This strategic position requires a deep understanding of GTM processes, excellent leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure alignment across a wide scope of departments. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of global enablement partners to develop segment and regional enablement strategies for accelerated GTM performanceDevelop a team that excels at implementing critical enablement global programs at the local level. Programs include methodology, product expertise & use cases, and ramp training.Empower a team working in an ambiguous environment with clear priorities, ongoing development, strong GTM connections, and roadblock navigationDrive results in the GTM business for employee skill adoption, ramp times, and pipeline outcomesOwn our global operating system with the business that aligns and steers with global GTM leaders on a portfolio of ongoing enablement prioritiesServe as a trusted advisor for the GTM and Enablement teams on cutting edge selling/servicing motions, skills, and systems and how to successfully drive their adoption in the fieldEnsure Enablement Partner accountability for creating feedback loops, ongoing analysis, and consistent stakeholder engagementExperience:Proven leadership experience in Enablement, GTM, or related roles, preferably in a global organizationPrevious selling or servicing experience experience preferredStrong understanding of GTM rep needs, learning strategies, and effective executive level stakeholder managementExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire othersData-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving GTM team outcomesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWe know theconfidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please donât hesitate to apply â weâd love to hear from you.If you need accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please reach out to us using this form.
