Develop and drive the overall design strategy and vision for the company's iconic brand.
Lead and manage a team of skilled designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of design processes.
