Senior Digital Sales Specialist
Phase 3 Digital, Victoria Television Group, is seeking a solution-oriented professional with a strong digital sales background to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Digital Sales Specialist is a field sales role responsible for direct, new business digital revenue retention and growth. The SRDSS will design and sell digital marketing solutions for businesses using the latest advertising products available.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals and budgets and manage your own book of digital sales revenue for retention and growth.
• Retain, grow and develop new client relationships with businesses across the State that need or want digital marketing solutions to grow their business.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
• Highly motivated with a passion for helping solve clients' business challenges and identifying opportunities for their growth.
• Driven by results, excellence, opportunities to learn and opportunities to assist others.
• Effective listening, relationship building, customer service, communication, strategic and negotiation skills.
Compensation: Salary plus commission and bonuses.
