Position Summary

This position is responsible for creating eLearning solutions for a variety of audiences within the CVS Health business units. As a critical part of the Production Crew team for the Centralized Operations department, this role focuses on designing and developing top quality eLearning experiences in support of performance and business goals.

Working with, and providing consultation to, business partners and design partners within the ELD&P team is critical to the success of this role. This includes ensuring that deadlines, business needs, performance needs, and budgets are all met.

Job Responsibilities:
• Uses formal instructional design methodology to design, develop and implement sophisticated, complex, performance-focused and educational offerings via a variety of technology-based training methods.
• Simultaneously manages multiple, complex projects.
• Works independently and assists with mentoring others team members.
• Writes storyboards for eLearning courses.
• Effectively lead projects with multiple deliverables
• Develops and conducts follow-up assessments to determine the effectiveness and ROI of training programs and curriculum.
• Incorporates feedback gathered from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes, and products.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders, and team members to fill performance and development gaps using adult learning methodologies and training techniques.
• Development of measurement strategies to assess effectiveness of learning interventions.
• Works in partnership as appropriate with external vendors to deliver state-of-the-art, technology-based training tools and programs that meet the needs of multiple, diverse audiences and integrate effectively into CVS Health’s architecture.
• Communicates regularly with program owners and stakeholders to manage the rollout of training materials and gather feedback on program effectiveness.
• Incorporates feedback gathered from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes and products.
• Effectively manages curriculum, reporting and other relevant administrative requirements through the learning management system.
• Coordinates the training plan to include managing project budget, project plan, and working with business and Enterprise Training partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
• Uses authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Symtrain, Intrepid, Audition, Premier Pro and Envato, to create eLearning and multimedia courses and/or facilitator and participant guides.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ year’s using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Adobe products such as Audition, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• 3 years using simulation software
• 3 years of experience with LXP
• 3+ years translating raw content into storyboard format

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performance consulting and educational media.
• Education or experience in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and/or performance consulting with a focus on eLearning technologies and techniques.

Education

HS diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience may be considered.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
