This remote position is open to candidates from across Europe and the UK.Role Overview:As a Senior Developer on the Execution Services team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our connections to various cryptocurrency exchanges, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our trading systems. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement robust, high-performance connectivity solutions for multiple crypto exchangesDrive excellence in execution and market data connectivity while balancing time to market and exchange reliabilityCollaborate with trading teams to understand and meet their connectivity requirementsEnsure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our exchange integration systemsStay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency exchange APIs and protocolsTroubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues in a fast-paced trading environmentSet team strategy, plan workloads and act as the conduit connecting business priorities with team outcomesThe ideal candidate will haveExtensive experience in software development (ideally gained in a top tier HFT firm), with a focus on order management and entry, or experience in market data will also be relevant for this roleStrong knowledge of exchange APIs, websockets, and low-latency communication protocolsProficiency in relevant programming languages (C++ required, Python and Typescript beneficial)Excellent leadership and team management skillsDeep understanding of low latency exchange connectivity and has led a team in this spaceStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a remote settingWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work at the forefront of the digital asset industryRemote work flexibilityCollaborative and innovative work environmentAutonomy and a flat structure means you can really spread your wings, whilst being supported by a team of passionate engineersAt Auros, we value nimbleness, drive for success, owner mentality, and collaboration.
