What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as the senior IT onsite leader and point of escalation for day-to-day operations
? Monitor incidents and requests, prioritizing solutions to maintain high-quality IT operations
? Provide IT support for equipment, including endpoints, printers, networks, and infrastructure
? Maintain documentation of all IT processes and ensure compliance with HIPAA/SOX
? Foster strong relationships with end-users and business partners to align priorities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree or higher, or relevant military service experience
? Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Desktop Support/Help Desk role
? Excellent skills in Windows and server support
? Strong experience with modern endpoint management solutions such as VMWare/Workspace One or Microsoft Intune
? Experience in coaching and supervising teams and managing workloads
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? ITIL v3/v4 Certification
? ServiceNow Certification
? Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A, MCSE/MCSA/AZURE Cloud, etc.)
? Proven ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
? Experience in continually improving IT service management platforms
