Requirements of the COTA:
? Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required and must have a valid professional license by discipline for state of PA
? Must have Indirect license
? 1 year of experience preferred but not required
? Successful completion of criminal background check, physical, TB test, and drug screen.
