Senior Data Observability Engineer

• Our end-to-end platform helps clients connect, transform, analyze, and act on trusted data to increase efficiencies, reduce risks, gain visibility into market trends, and make strategic moves in response to changing market conditions.
• We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Data Observability Specialist to lead our observability initiatives.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our data observability capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of data health and performance for our clients.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a preference for additional certifications in data management.
• At least 7 years of experience in a data observability leadership role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Expert knowledge of data pipeline architectures, data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud services.
• Mastery of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk, with the ability to customize and extend their functionality.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
