Senior Data Management Analyst

Supports the direction of integrated analytics project activities for deployment, training, and change management. Develops metrics-related briefings and artifacts as requested. Executes project planning, activity tracking, and risk/issue mitigation as it relates to deployment and stakeholder program metrics. Makes meaningful recommendations based on analysis of complex data sets. Collaborates effectively with internal team and external project stakeholders on project activities. Minimum qualifications: • 4+ years of professional work experience • Must possess knowledge of appropriate data sources to address the specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis and modeling • Able to perform scientific research, scientific writing and editing, including the writing and editing of project products to established government standards for the targeted science and lay audiences, proofreading of draft and final documents • Able to work independently • Must attend meetings and workshops to present on project work, participate in discussions • Master’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline or an additional 8 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree Preferred qualifications: • Proficiency with programming languages – preferably SQL (T-SQL) • Experience with machine learning • Experience using bolthires SharePoint, PowerAutomate (Flow), and PowerApps • Experience in the VA • Experience with implementing electronic health records Job Type: Full-time Pay: $119,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Vision insurance Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
