Remote Customer Account Agent (Entry Level)

Requirements • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. • Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with good analysis skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
