Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, define, and capture business requirements, ensuring seamless data integration and processing. Develop and enhance your knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods, applying this expertise to define and transform data within our Cornerstone Big Data Platform. Design and build robust data model architectures to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Leverage transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing at various levels. Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem. Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks. Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business teams. Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems. Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
