Banking Call Center Representative
About the Role: We’re seeking a Call Center Representative with strong experience in mobile and digital banking to join a dynamic, client-focused team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling in with questions about their banking needs. You’ll provide exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and guide clients through digital banking tools and financial products. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and digital banking tools. • Build strong client relationships through personalized service and meaningful conversations. • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, recommending appropriate banking solutions. • Promote a full suite of financial products including accounts, credit cards, loans, and investments. • Educate clients on digital banking platforms and features. • Refer clients to internal specialists when needed to support their financial goals. Must-Have Qualifications: • 2+ years of customer service experience in banking • Hands-on experience with digital/mobile banking platforms (not teller or branch-only experience) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable multitasking and navigating multiple systems • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Knowledge of banking products and services • Experience in a contact center environment Work Schedule: • Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (shifts vary: 8–5, 9–6, or 10–7) • Occasional Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST) with a weekday off in exchange • Schedule provided one month in advance • Must be flexible for all shift options Why Apply? • Gain experience with one of the top 40 largest banks in the U.S. • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. • Join a supportive team with comprehensive training provided during the first month Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
