Job Overview
We're looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our Income and Planning Innovation team. In this role, you will:

Design, implement, and support data engineering solutions that enable data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data pipelines, architectures, and tools
Work with large datasets to develop and implement data models, data warehouses, and business intelligence solutions
Provide technical leadership and expertise in data engineering, architecture, and emerging technologies
Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable data systems that meet business requirements

Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, and deploying data engineering solutions using Azure products and services (e.g., Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks)
Collaborating with source data application teams and product owners to design, implement, and support analytics solutions
Performing data migration and data engineering tasks using various tools and technologies
Providing technical leadership and expertise in data engineering, architecture, and emerging technologies
Developing and maintaining scalable, efficient, and reliable data systems that meet business requirements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience with Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake Storage
Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization tools and technologies
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Certifications in data engineering, cloud computing, or related fields
