[Remote] Healthcare Consultant - FHIR / HL7

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Consultant specializing in FHIR and HL7. The role involves solution architecture, technical design, and project leadership to support the TruCare solution and its integration with customer systems. Responsibilities • Participate in designing and documenting scalable, secure, and maintainable TruCare solution components • Contribute to the creation and review of Statements of Work (SOWs) related to integration activities and proposed solutions • Assist in developing hardware and software environment sizing specifications based on TruCare requirements and customer usage patterns • Support installation, configuration, and validation of Windows-based distributed enterprise applications or coordinate with hosting teams for cloud deployments • Work with customer technical/business teams to help build deployment plans, including configuration steps, data loads, validation, and issue tracking • Work with the project manager to maintain accurate task updates and meet assigned milestones • Communicate technical issues clearly and collaborate on resolution paths • Support customer technical teams in meeting deliverables and maintaining project momentum • Deliver presentations that demonstrate how TruCare’s technical capabilities support key business functions • Assist customers to develop standards-based interface specifications (XML, X12, REST) for seamless system integration • Analyze and resolve complex technical data issues using the TruCare data model, SQL queries, and log file analysis • Document and escalate technical issues through defined processes and collaborate with product/engineering teams for workarounds or enhancements • Contribute to improving implementation delivery processes, tools, and artifacts, and drive adoption across teams Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant technical and customer-facing roles • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative work style • Self-directed, adaptable, and effective in environments with minimal structure • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and lead meetings effectively • Hands-on experience with SQL development and database administration, preferably using Microsoft SQL Server • Background in ETL processes, including data mapping and XML-based data interfaces (not a hands-on ETL development role, but prior experience is essential) • Familiarity with RESTful web services, including API client design and call sequencing (not a hands-on API development role) • Awareness of enterprise network concepts including SSL/TLS, LDAP, and Single Sign On • Experience working with third-party partners across integration lifecycles: scoping, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, go live, and post deployment support • Experience working within cloud environments; AWS preferred • Experience with enterprise application integration platforms such as Mirth Connect, Informatica, Microsoft BizTalk, Tibco, IBI iWay, Talend, or similar tools • Prior healthcare experience is strongly preferred Company Overview • Next-Gen Business Technology Platformization™, AI and Product Engineering Services.
