Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of data and insights initiatives and projects across Walgreens Health, ensuring timely and effective execution. Design, develop, and deploy layered datasets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics programs, leveraging ETL/ELT services such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake. Develop data staging and pre-processing rules for populating logical and physical data models tied to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting solutions. Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal production system sources and third-party files. Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets. Create internal tools for automating all development-related activities, such as data processing, QA, and data validation. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Proven hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts. Experience designing and deploying logically separated data environments using ETL/ELT services. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners. At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. A minimum of 2 years of direct supervision, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience. Ability to travel up to/at least 5% of the time for business purposes (in-state and out-of-state).
