Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance, or a related field like data systems or computer science
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics
Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as data visualization tools and statistical analysis software
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have:
Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry, a plus
Experience with requirements gathering, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, numerical analysis, and categorical data analysis
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and fundamental accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business decisions through data-driven insights
