Key Responsibilities
Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives.
Examine trends in ACS resource planning and provide insights to drive business decisions.
Extract and analyze data from various sources to inform projects and models.
Develop new data sources and analytical models to support business needs.
Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and opportunities.
Create complex reports and analyses under the guidance of senior leaders.
Support process improvement and project management initiatives across functional units.
Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives.
Act as an internal consultant, providing insights to drive business outcomes.
Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams.
A strong team player with attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
The capacity to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment.
