As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through data analysis, insights generation, and recommendations to drive business performance. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication will be essential in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making and operations. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and optimize performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Utilize advanced statistical techniques, such as regression, time-series analysis, and machine learning, to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams. Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, or R, with experience working with large datasets and complex data systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: A Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Familiarity with marketing analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and strategy.
