Document complaints accurately, handling refund and coupon processing in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions, ensuring that customers receive the most current and relevant information.Assist with technical inquiries and complaint handling, utilizing problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams), with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure, with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups and provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers.
