Digital Artist Animator (Hybrid - On-Site)

CG Studio: Digital Artist, Animator Job Summary: This role sits in the CG Studio and is part of a Global Marketing Communications group encompassing a team of artists and producers. We provide support for our internal and cross functional partners, including Motion Production: Retail, Channel and Events, Video Production, Keynote, Interactive, and a variety of internal projects. The ideal candidate is highly creative, strong technically, and has a proven track record of delivering small to large scale productions. The Digital Artist should have artistic sensibilities that push the creative boundaries of our projects, Creating visually dynamic motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms, while adhering to project specifications and timelines. Description: • Utilizing design and animation software, to execute captivating motion graphic projects. • Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content. • Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices. • Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. • Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the creative team. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget Qualifications: • You ideally have at least 10+ years of experience at a design or animation studio, in-house advertising agency, or in-house commercial production company. • You are proficient in animation and design software, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D. (X-Particles, Maya, and Houdini a plus.) • You are organized, precision-minded, and committed to quality assurance. • You are familiar with localization of content and UI animation worldwide. • You are an effective communicator and welcome directional feedback across levels. • You have in-depth knowledge of the production process, providing timely and helpful feedback to ensure work is completed on schedule. Description: You act as a champion of brand standards in all aspects of creative work. Collaborating with a creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and producers to create motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.
