Act as a subject matter expert across all digital platforms for customer communication
Write engaging content daily and engage with customers via live chat and email
Respond to negative feedback and crisis management situations
Maintain service levels and assist in the education of outsourcing partners
Support training and quality teams in delivering digital knowledge and training
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in managing ratings and reviews sites and social media handles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
Excellent customer-service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, identify sensitive situations, and manage multiple live chats

Experience in customer-facing environments with live chat and digital platforms
Strong analytical skills and flexibility to work weekends
