Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, addressing questions, concerns, and issues in a fast-paced environment
Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of complex issues and provide guidance on compliance and policy adherence
Drive clarity and resolution, conveying realistic expectations and identifying the best solutions for our customers and eBay
Demonstrate empathy and understanding, establishing trust and delivering difficult messages with care and sensitivity
Adhere to performance and metric standards, including AHT, resolution, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and compliance
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience
Customer-centric approach with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
Digital proficiency in navigating web-based and e-commerce specific software applications
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain resiliency in the face of challenging situations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive clarity and resolution
Work from Home Requirements:
Secure workspace with a door that closes off from noises and distractions
Wired Internet connection with a consistent speed of 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload
Ability to work a structured schedule, including weekends, without undertaking primary care of another individual
