NYA SZN is a next-generation fashion brand on SHEIN working to build a strong, trend forward identity through bold visuals, elevated styling, and high-volume content. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Direction Specialist who can lead the brand’s visual storytelling across campaign and e-commerce shoots — from concept development to on-set execution, photo selection, and final content delivery.This is a dual-role for a highly creative individual who brings both styling expertise and creative direction experience — someone who can concept and execute full shoots from start to finish, ensuring visual consistency across all NYA SZN platforms. This person will also help shape NYA SZN’s social media presence, ensuring our content is brand-aligned, scroll-stopping, and emotionally resonant. With an average of 2 shoots per week (sometimes up to 3), this is a fastpaced, high-output environment that requires strong time management, creative leadership, and follow-through from pre-production to post.The environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, with constant opportunities to contribute and grow. For the right candidate, this is a rewarding role where your creative vision will directly shape a growing brand’s identity and success.Job ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Execution
Lead concept development for e-commerce and brand shoots — from backdrop and lighting to mood, pose direction, and styling
Translate collection themes into creative plans that support monthly drops with cohesion and edge
Manage pre-production (casting input, set planning, styling pulls), on-set direction, and post-production feedback
Select final photos for e-comm and campaign usage, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand alignment
Maintain and elevate the visual standard for all brand imagery across platforms
Provide strong creative input during fittings or product reviews to anticipate styling needs before shoot day
