Senior Consultant Business Development / ESG /m/f/d/

• You support in establishing our new ESGvolution business unit and service offering ( • You identify methods for reducing ESG-related risks and generate opportunities for creating sustainable value within organisations. • You stay informed about ESG-related risks, issues, and trends, and are able to analyse their impact on business operations. • You exhibit in-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks such as ESRS and CSRD, along with an awareness of emerging trends in sustainable business practices. • You possess strong knowledge and experience in sustainability consulting, backed by a proven track record of successful projects. • You show proficiency in greenhouse gas inventory and carbon accounting (Scope 1-3), and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in practical scenarios. • You demonstrate enthusiasm for and interest in sustainability issues, showcasing a genuine passion for business development and an understanding of financial and business processes. • You express interest in projects in a transactional environment, including ESG readiness, ESG due diligence, and ESG strategy development. • You demonstrate a willingness to participate in implementation-focused projects (e.g. ESG impact measurement) to ensure a tangible and positive impact on sustainability efforts. • You hold a university degree with excellent grades in economics, business administration, computer science, business informatics or a related discipline, ideally with a focus on sustainability. • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in ESG roles in a consulting firm or sustainability institution. • You are highly analytical and creative, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. • You are confident with strong presentation skills to communicate with internal and external contacts from different disciplines. • You complement your profile with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • You have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a goal-oriented and go-to-market approach. • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work. • You speak fluent English and ideally German. • Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation. • Your hard work pays off!
