In this senior‑level role, you will act as the trusted advisor and champion for cloud and compute services, ensuring that every interaction drives value, removes barriers, and aligns technology initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between arenaflex’s Cloud Services Team and agency leadership, translating agency requirements into actionable cloud solutions.
Service Advocacy: Promote arenaflex’s standard and bespoke cloud offerings, educating stakeholders on benefits, cost models, and best‑practice adoption.
Incident & Problem Management: Track, prioritize, and coordinate response to cloud‑related incidents and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations that shape arenaflex’s cloud service processes, catalog enhancements, and future road‑maps.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Network, Unified Telecommunication, and Security Operations (NUTSO) teams, project managers, and the vendor community to deliver seamless, secure cloud experiences.
Stakeholder Enablement: Conduct workshops, webinars, and one‑on‑one briefings to empower agency staff with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize cloud investments.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics and service dashboards to measure adoption, satisfaction, and ROI, reporting findings to senior leadership.
Compliance & Security Oversight: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and ensure all cloud services meet arenaflex’s rigorous security standards.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices to advise agencies on innovative solutions.


Essential Qualifications

Minimum of ten (10) years of professional information technology experience, OR six (6) years of IT experience combined with a bachelor’s degree, OR an equivalent blend of education and experience.
Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise compute services.
Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering customer‑centric outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details into business language for senior leaders.
Ability to work full‑time (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday‑Friday) and meet telework requirements, including a secure high‑speed internet connection and approved remote work location.
Successful completion of background investigation and compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) standards.
Physical ability to perform essential job functions, whether on‑site at arenaflex’s headquarters or remotely.


Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

Experience within a government or public‑sector environment, especially coordinating with multiple agencies.
Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
Project management experience (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile credentials) to facilitate cross‑team initiatives.
Familiarity with ITIL or other service‑management frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams and conduct effective remote training sessions.
Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP) and compliance requirements.
