Requirements
ā¢ Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, biostatistics, or life sciences.
ā¢ Extensive experience in clinical data science, with a strong focus on data management and analysis in clinical trials.
ā¢ Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
ā¢ Expertise in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
ā¢ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
