Senior Campaign & Client Manager, Remote US

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Campaign & Client Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts through high-impact marketing campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving to deliver campaigns across product launches, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing brand programs.

You will focus on client retention, growth, and campaign performance, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities that maximize impact. This position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can turn strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for multiple client accounts, building trust and delivering long-term value.
• Act as the client advocate internally, translating client goals into actionable plans and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through new campaigns, product lines, or creative solutions.
Strategy & Communication
• Translate insights, campaign results, and client feedback into recommendations that align with client objectives.
• Deliver reports, presentations, and updates that are clear, actionable, and tailored for different stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to present performance insights against KPIs-such as engagement, reach, sales impact, and affiliate results-to inform next steps.
Campaign Execution & Oversight
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign outputs to ensure all work is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
• Support internal teams in producing high-quality, industry-leading work.
• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to maintain campaign momentum.
Growth & Retention
• Drive client retention and account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and fostering long-term trust.
• Align campaigns with key client objectives to support account expansion and measurable results.
• Develop relationships that position the company as a trusted partner.
Project & People Management
• Lead large-scale campaigns from kickoff to completion, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and partnerships.
• Use data to forecast outcomes, track performance, and inform both immediate actions and long-term strategies for client accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry and executing influencer or creator marketing campaigns.
• Experience in client-facing account management, campaign execution, or influencer marketing activations.
• Knowledge of social platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram) and content performance metrics.
• Proven success managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent operational skills, with attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
Preferred Attributes
• Hands-on experience executing end-to-end creator or influencer campaigns, including gifting, partnerships, and long-term programs.
• Familiarity or interest in marketing technology and AI tools.
• Ability to interpret data and create compelling performance narratives.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
• Resilient, proactive, and able to navigate evolving platform dynamics and trends.
