Senior Business Analyst - Digital Channels (Remote)
Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position is aligned to our Digital Channels organization. The Senior Business Analyst will work on client facing applications for digital banking. This person will gather business requirements, write user stories, develop use cases and utilize tools like JIRA within an Agile environment. Works heavily with run the bank teams to help support production teams.
Responsibilities
Ā Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internally developed client-facing digital platform by collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
Ā Define and refine user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Ā Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to translate business needs into a well-structured, user-friendly client-facing application..
Ā Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement
Ā Collaborate with IT teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of requirements with technical capabilities.
Ā Support UAT, and deployment by validating requirements and addressing any gaps.
Ā Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Ā Maintain and update business requirement documents as the platform evolves.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, or modeling, or reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Analytics, or modeling, or reporting
Skill(s): Proficient in SAS applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, Database management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ā Experience working with Treasury Management applications in regards to ACH, wires, information reporting, etc is a plus.
Ā Strong understanding of systems applications
Ā Experience building out system portals
Ā Experience working in Agile project environments
Ā Ability to support production teams during production go-live

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $101,300 and $155,000. If hired in Arizona, the base pay for this position is generally between $111,550 and $170,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
