About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst Consultant at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing payment integrity opportunities, developing and executing payment integrity solutions, and leading program management for our California payment integrity services. This is a high-visibility position that requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, business analysis, and program management. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market, Finance, Product, Medical Directors, and Healthcare Economics to identify and capitalize on payment integrity opportunities. Develop and implement payment integrity solutions through meticulous research and analysis of data and local business processes. Lead program management for all California payment integrity services, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Create compelling business cases to influence market partners and stakeholders to prioritize new initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to state and federal compliance policies and operational metrics. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of healthcare services. 5+ years of experience working within MA, Medicaid, and/or commercial lines of business, with a proven track record of success. Experience with product/vendor implementations and end-to-end process ownership for payment integrity programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. A proven ability to manage competing priorities and engage with clients effectively. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you should ideally possess: One or more of the following certifications: CPC, CPCO, AHFI, HCAFA, CFE, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. Experience interpreting provider contractual agreements, with a keen eye for detail and understanding of contractual nuances. A proven track record of managing a comprehensive portfolio of programs, with a strong ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives. Proficiency in performing financial analysis/audit, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices. Comfort with PMPM calculations and financial goal accountability, with a strong analytical mindset.
