Job Title: Senior Loan Originator – Residential Bridge Lending Company: Wheeler Staffing Partners Location: Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC (Fully Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: • ~$50,000 base salary + basis points (BPS), or • Commission-only structure (based on experience and production) Job Summary Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Originator to source, develop, and close residential bridge loan transactions. This role focuses on Fix & Flip and Ground-Up Construction financing and requires an established network of active borrowers and builders. The ideal candidate is a self-driven producer with strong industry relationships, deep product knowledge in bridge lending, and the ability to consistently build and manage a high-volume loan pipeline. This is a fully remote opportunity with minimal travel. Key Responsibilities • Identify, source, and close new residential bridge loan borrowers • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with builders, investors, and real estate professionals • Vet prospective borrowers and assess deal viability and risk • Collect and review required borrower documentation and financial information • Build and manage a monthly loan pipeline of $3M+ • Track and report sales activity and business development performance • Meet with new and existing prospects to expand market presence • Assist in developing and executing business plans, including market and competitor analysis • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience originating residential bridge loans • Strong background in Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction financing • Established book of business with the ability to self-source deals • Proven ability to consistently generate $3M+ in monthly loan volume • Strong understanding of risk assessment and asset quality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive mindset • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills • Ability to travel a few times per year as needed Preferred Skills & Competencies • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment • Ability to navigate institutional decision-making processes • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills Why Join Wheeler Staffing Partners • Fully remote flexibility • Competitive compensation options (base + BPS or commission-only) • Entrepreneurial environment with high earning potential • Opportunity to leverage and grow an existing book of business Apply tot his job
