Senior Branch Operations Manager
At Apple Bank for Savings, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our branches.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic banking environment where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branches. You will work closely with our branch managers to ensure that all operational functions are being properly performed by staff in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.
Main Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficient operation of our branches, including the supervision of staff, management of cash handling, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Staff Management: Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to staff regarding sales techniques and product knowledge, motivating them to consistently offer suitable bank products and services.
Customer Service: Act as a primary troubleshooter for problems and complex client service needs incurred at the teller line, monitoring quality and efficiency of customer service delivery at the branch.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
No less than six years of experience in customer service/supervisory roles within a banking/retail environment.
Minimum three years of operations experience, preferably in banking.
