EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.
At Performa, we are building a next-generation infrastructure at the intersection of payments, banking, and crypto.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales and partnership function, drive new business acquisition, and expand our presence across crypto payments, fintech, and global payouts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-scaling environment, enjoys closing deals, and understands how to build revenue-generating partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and develop new business opportunities for Performa across payments / fintech / crypto verticals.
Build, manage, and continuously grow a strong sales pipeline.
Own the full deal cycle: from first contact to commercial closure.
Develop and scale strategic and functional partnerships that generate revenue.
Work with clients and partners across: crypto payments, Fintech infrastructure, fiat settlements & global payouts.
Identify and support OTC-related opportunities and partnership models.
Drive commercial growth in crypto payment and payout use cases.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, operations) to convert opportunities into signed deals and launched partnerships.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (B2B).
Proven background in payments, fintech, or banking (mandatory).

Strong preference for experience in:

Merchant acquiring
Payment orchestration
Crypto payments
OTC-related business models
Fintech infrastructure partnerships.


Solid experience in negotiations and deal closing.
Ability to independently drive revenue-focused conversations.
English fluent.
