Senior AWS Cloud Platform Engineer (MUST HAVE DoD TS clearance)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Platform Engineer with a DoD TS clearance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure solutions on the AWS platform.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
ā¢ DoD TS clearance is a must.
ā¢ Proven experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
ā¢ Experience with automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
ā¢ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements.
ā¢ Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, and deployment tasks.
ā¢ Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
ā¢ Experience working in a DoD or government contracting environment.
ā¢ Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
