Customer Service Representative ($17-18/hr, Weekend Availability Preferred)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside of the center
- Utilize U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing training and education programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in environments requiring safety precautions
- Availability for scheduled work shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification available upon employment)
- Certification in filling propane (training provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
