Senior Associate - Hedge/Private Equity Fund Accounting

Manage and oversee the accounting and financial reporting for hedge and private equity funds. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all fund accounting tasks, including net asset value calculations, investor allocations, and financial statement preparation. Monitor and review fund activity, including investment transactions and cash flows, to ensure compliance with fund documents and regulatory requirements. Work closely with fund managers and investors to address any inquiries or concerns regarding fund performance and financial reporting.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of fund data and reporting. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements and best practices. Conduct regular reviews of fund accounting processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Perform fund audits and assist with regulatory filings as needed. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of expertise within the fund accounting team. Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all fund accounting tasks. Adhere to all internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Participate in special projects and initiatives as required by management. Continuously strive to improve processes and systems, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
