Job Overview The Investigation Representative will be responsible for supporting sellers, associates, and management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. As a key liaison between different stakeholders, you will resolve issues created by sellers accurately and in a timely manner. Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: Graduated from a recognized university with at least 1 year of work experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in the English language. Ability to communicate correctly and understand issues. Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution. Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, internet browser, and excellent typing skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate websites.
