The Senior Application Manager will provide thought leadership and technical guidance to engineering staff, communicate plans, status, and issues to senior leadership, and coordinate cross-functional teams to adhere to design standards, guidelines, and timelines. Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and excellence
Oversee multiple application programming and analysis projects, including development, installation, and maintenance of application programs

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of extensive systems analysis, design, and project management experience
3+ years of management and/or leadership experience
Skills and Certifications:
Proven technical background with relational database and data warehousing technologies
Expertise in service-oriented architecture and object-oriented architecture design patterns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and maintain high customer trust and confidence
Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, relationship management, and vendor management
