Senior Analyst – Strategic Planning

Job Description: • Help build comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives, conducting quick cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations and risk assessments • Track and manage the ongoing intake of new ideas and add valuable ideas to our running project inventory • Support innovation sprints by asking questions and providing data insights that help evaluate project viability and potential • Partner with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and ensure alignment with organizational goals • Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market trends, benchmarking, and internal performance metrics • Support ad hoc data analysis for varying and ambiguous themes of work • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that clearly articulate findings and recommendations. • Communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
