Key Responsibilities Professionally greet and interact with customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair reverse osmosis water coolers and ice machines in business environments, including fishing water tubing through walls and ceilings. Complete assigned installations, explain the functionality of water and ice systems, and answer customer questions. Efficiently complete service routes, communicate with supervisors, customer service, and team members, and maintain accurate records. Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment. Requirements Essential Qualifications Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Some computer skills and ability to use hands and power tools. Ability to work independently and be assertive when needed. Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Preferred Qualifications Plumbing experience preferred. Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems. Physical Requirements Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs. Ascending and descending ladders. Working in small areas. Able to use hands and power tools. Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage commensurate with experience ($18 to $24/hour, depending on experience). Overtime paid after 40 hours weekly.
