Join us in our mission to transform the transportation landscape.About the Role:The Senior Analyst - Operations is a key contributor to optimizing the performance of our ride-hailing operations. This role involves analyzing driver and rider data, enhancing operational processes, and supporting strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect, process and analyse data related to various aspects of operational initiatives and growth. Performance monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (where needed) to track performance of our fleet across KSA, providing meaningful insights. Forecasting: Utilize historical data and statistical modelling to generate predictions and forecasts of proposed initiatives. Data integrity: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of data for analysis and reporting in daily/weekly trackers. Ad hoc analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis as and when requested by management & leadership team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 2-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related roles. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
