ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary role of the Senior Analyst, Demand Planning, is to own the relationship and input from sales, ensuring customer specific inputs are incorporated into our near-term forecasts. In this role, you will work closely with sales, but also partner heavily with cross functionals in marketing, finance, and supply chain. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 500 Universal Product Codes (UPCs) and will develop a forecast by using insights such as shipment history, sales collaboration, distribution accuracy, and marketing plans.
This position is a key driver in creating and managing the true consumer demand signals by which to align the rest of the Supply Chain.
This is a Salary grade G.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts and incorporates customer insights into the forecast.
• Play a key role in the S&OE process, ensuring short‑term plans reflect changes such as pacing, RDC splits, and Sales Demand Change Requests.
• Participate in Steps 1 & 2 by partnering with the Design Planner to present customer‑specific forecast updates to senior commercial leaders.
• Conduct root cause analyses on forecast errors and recommend corrective actions.
• Support improvements that enhance forecast accuracy and overall planning effectiveness.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years relevant demand planning, forecasting customer supply chain, or other supply chain related field.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present concise recommendations.
• Analytical capabilities (quantitative and qualitative) with skill in tying root cause to action.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, interpret data, make assumptions, and build business cases.
• Strong multitasking and project‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain and the ability to make sound decisions based on current assumptions.

• Regular business hours, Monday-Friday.
• This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
